5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses must meet a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (the deposit amount is not included). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered — after that, bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Rule Violations

If evidence of bonus abuse or any dishonest strategy is found, the bonus will be cancelled and action may be taken against the associated account.

5.4 VIP Program

zk777 has four VIP tiers. Through regular play you can move up to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

zk777 will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• Issues arising from interrupted internet connectivity.
• Faults with the user's device or software.
• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure situations.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.

However, if a bet is unreasonably cancelled due to a technical error, the original staked amount will be refunded.
